My Pictures Missing

I can't get the My Pictures plugin to work. I extracted both files (MyPictures & MyDatabase) to the GBPVR directory. My problem seems to differ from others in that I don't even get it in the GBPVR config. Is there something else I have to do after extracting the files and before opening the GBPVR config?

if its not in the config, the mypicturesplugin.dll (or it may be just called "mypictures.dll") mustn't be in the plugins dir.

The mypictures.dll was in a second file also named 'plugin'. When I moved it into the right plugin file, it came up on the config. I still don't have it on the menu screen, but there are a lot of posts addressing that problem that I'll read.

It too got a little confused by the Wiki Installation notes where it says to extract zip files directly into the Plugins directory. If the zip file itself contains 'plugin' and 'skin' folders then it seems like you must move the .dll to ..\gbpvr\plugin. But what about the skin? Can someone please clarify where the plugin skin must go and how that relates to the general GBPVR skin at ..\gbpvr\skin? Does the plugin skin need to have a matching file in the general skin directory or does this need to be edited, or ...?

Forgot to ask:
what should happen to other subfolders in the zip file, like KeyPad and OnScreenKeyboard (My Videos plugin)

extract it to the gbpvr dir (just look at the zip directory structure).
