Transcoder can't delete MPG file -comskip not finished

Title says it all.

I'm running comskip from postprocessing.bat, since I also use rectracker.

Anyone has an idea about a workaround? Would starting comskip in high priority make it more likely it's finished before FFmpeg?

Your best bet is to schedule the transcoder to do its thing in the middle of the night. Ok, you could still have some problems if you have recordings in the wee hours of the morning, but it should be much less likely.

Yeah, I was running tests, so I scheduled it for during the day

ok, since I am recording stuff in the middle of the night (stupid sitcom rerun times), I guess I'll program it for when I have the least chances of recording something :-|

You could also set it to run comskip in ParallelProcessing.bat, which pretty much guarantees it'll complete before the transcode.
