no video

I'm getting audio but no video. I'm running the latest release on windows 2000 with a Hauppauge PVR-150. Before I could get video if I clicked the "=" and started time shiftting and the picture would come on but now I can't get it up. Everything works fine in Win2000 so I don't think it is a hardware think. I'm thinking I simply has something set wrong since it was workking before. Any ideas anyone?

My first thought is - you're trying to use the Cyberlink decoder with VMR, which is not possible unless you add some Cyberlink registry settings:

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE/Software/Cyberlink/Common/CLVSD/EnableVMR DWORD Value=1
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE/Software/Cyberlink/Common/CLVSD/EnableVMR9 DWORD Value=1

I'd also set the deinterlacing to 'encoder pass through'.

when I went to add that to the register I found HKey Classes Root/CLSID/HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\CLSID\{F50B3F14-19C4-11CF-AA9A-02608C9BABA2}/HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\CLSID\{F50B3F14-19C4-11CF-AA9A-02608C9BABA2}\InprocServer32
highlighted. Does this have anything to do with the problem?

No, that has nothing to do with it. That was just the setting that was view last time you ran regedit.

they are already set to 1. I included a screen print.

The screen is gray where the picture goes, black around the edges.

The exact registry setting can vary depending on the version of the Cyberlink decoder. I'm not sure what they should be for your version, but I can see from the logs that it's not compatible with VMR.

Try changing to using Overlay instead of VMR.

Also set the deinterlacing to 'encoder pass through'.
