Ability to listen to music while watching TV.

For example, you're playing an album in My Music, and then you go to Live TV and channel surf. I think it'd be nice to have the option to still hear the album you were playing while you channel surf -- i.e., you could still watch TV, but the sound would be from the MP3 currently playing.

I think it would be short-sighted to stop there. I often like to look at photos while listening to tv and hearing music. Can someone put together a decent senory blowout plugin? Can it flash the current weather, too? I want to know if I am hot or cold while doing all this...I may be too preoccupied to notice

At the risk of jumping in here, I think it would be nice to have a "background" audio option. For example any time no other audio source is playing (TV, music, videos, etc) the default audio would play. This could be from the music library, netradio, whatever. Basically when you are in the menus, TV guide, that sort of function.
