Set up myvideos plugin and all the accompanying apps. Works great except I can not figure out how to burn a 'recording' to a dvd. I have read the two 'how-to's' but still can't get it. What I am doing is this:
highlighting a recording and hitting ctrl-k. when I go to mydvd it shows the episode there, and displays the % of dvd left. Then what do I do? I hit 'copy dvd' but then it just brings up a menu saying dvd to dvd copy and nothing else. I see two arrow's on the sides of the dvd to dvd words, but when I hit left and right arrow key's nothing happens.
The burning for dummies says:
Quote:press the “go” button on the remote (F11), choose “Burn” from the pop-up menu, “Demux and Burn” from the next menu,
when I hit f11 it brings me back to the main menu. I dont ever get a 'burn' option when selecting a recording from within myvideos...nor do I get a 'demux and burn' option.
In the other guide it says
Quote:Highlight one of the movies and enter the popup menu (via the “Go” button or “F11″Wink
Click burn
Well...like I said, when I hit f11 it brings me back to the main menu.
I'm using latest version of GB and plugin with BlueMCE2 skin. Any ideas?
Other than this issue...I like really the plugin...thanks.

hit "home" button, or the "menu" button on the remote.

Well I don't really have a remote set up yet (researching hard on which one to buy), but I will try hitting the 'home' button on the keyboard tonight when I get home...Thanks.
btw: does that keyboard reference in the wiki contain all the keyboard commands or is it outdated? it sais that 'home' should return me to the main menu.

theres an option in the config to switch the home and f11 button around (my bad, it does this by default), in the next version no keycommands are hardcoded, so you can change them to whatever you want

Ok, just tried it...and thank you for the 'home' button tip. That did it...it now brings up the 'burn' menu and all.
Ok, so I add two episodes to the disk and hit burn, and it goes through step 1and step 2, but when it gets to step three it sits there. I have an error that pops up from dvddecrypter that sais "Invalid or usupported image file format! Reason: First image file part is less than 2048 bytes in size."
When I look at the 'temp.iso' file it is there, but 0 bytes in size. I am attaching a picture showing the command line window and dvddecyrpter error. You can see the errors in the cmd window...i'm just not sure what they mean. Thanks for your help.

step 2 didnt create a dvd, you can tell since when you run mkisofs it says "No such file or directory".

if step 2 failed then it was probably because step 1 didnt work. to test step 1, ensure you have each file with "Convert: True", and then edit the convert.bat file (in the gbpvr root directory) and at the end of the fileand the line
"PAUSE"
(without the quotes), that will pause .bat window from closes until you hit a key, so you can see what went on.

Ok, will give that a shot. Unfortunately I exited GB and can't get back in through remote desktop (because of the vmr9 overlay) so I will have to wait untill I get home to try that out...thanks though.
EDIT: changed the overlay from vmr9 to overlay manager, now I can test things through RDP...will update soon on my experience.

you're using a neweer version of PVA, replace
"temp.mpa"
with
"temp - DELAY 0ms.mpa"
in the convert.bat file, i dont know why they added that last part to the filename in newer versions....

sorry, but I don't see temp.mpa in the convert.bat file.
I know what your saying though, because i see in the directory a 'temp.mpv' file and a 'temp - DELAY 0ms.mpa' file. These probably need to be the same file name? (dif. extension of course).
