Multiple Streams (Record 2 or Record and Watch)

I have Dish Network and I was wondering if anyone knows how to multiple streams out of a single reciever? I know when I had cable (way back) I could split the cable and change to different channels on the different tvs.

I have never tried this with my Sat, so I am not sure if it works the same way. I would hate to buy multiple input cards if it will not work.

You satellite box will only output one stream. There is no way around this.
