the problem with the musiclibrary2 skin seems to be the omission of the following special element from the xml file

I don't see any problem with the MusicLibrary2. I'm using the latest plugin from the wiki (2.4). DLL file is 122880 bytes, date Jan 01 2006 8:04:16PM

Torque's version of the skin in the wiki works for MusicLibrary2.3 but not 2.4
I'll reattach the updated skin file here. I could have sworn I had posted it already, but can't find it :/

Extract in GBPVR directory directly.
You can safely erase the MusicLibrary2 directory from skin\contourHC before reinstalling the skin file.

And I also see that my Shutdown plugin shows all it's nice little options too.
