First time post here. I've been able to solve many of my problems so far through others posts but this one I can't find a fix for. I need to be able to select a TV series and have all the episodes recorded regardless of which channel it is on. This is my procedure:

1. Using XSearch I find a TV series I want to record.
2. I select an episode and choose "Advanced" for my recording
3. By default the recording type is set to "All" which is what I want.
4. I select save.
5. The series shows up in the "Scheduler" window but none of that series ever shows up in the pending window and as a result nothing from that series gets recorded.

What's going on? Or isn't for that matter.

This is my first crack at my new PVR-150 card. So far I love the options that are available through GBPVR and its plugins. A couple years ago I was trying to work with an ATI TV-Wonder but had to give that up do to A/V sync issues caused from latency problems.

Do you have a PostUpdateEPG.bat file? In there, do you have the following line:

PriorityRecording.exe > recording.log

If so, check the recording.log and see if the entry is there.

You can also run the scheduler manually from within XRecord, by hitting the Stop button to bring up the extra features list (i.e. the one that is typically used to download images), there should be a Run Scheduler option. That will manually run the scheduler from within XRecord.

PostUpdateEPG.bat runs every night after GBPVR updates the episode guide.

Success.. I was missing the line in my in my PostUpdateEPG.bat file. Is that something I should have to enter manually when I installed the plugin or should that be automatic?

Thanks for the quick response. If everything is still running well in a week or two I'll be expanding my setup to include a mediamvp. Right now I'm just burning to DVD for testing on the TV.

Depends. If there is already a PostUpdateEPG.bat file there, the Xrecord installer won't overwrite the file.
