How can i measure signal strength

I have decided that my periodic stuttering is caused by poor signal strength as when i moved the aerial it stopped and was smooth again.

When i used showshifter it had a screen that showed signal strength so you could move the aerial and see how it changed.

Is there an option in GBPVR or have i got to install showshifter to do it?

When i ran GBPVR on my main pc it was faultless so its only since i have moved it. And the loop aeriel is fine as i live in Sandy and can see the transmitter out my window!

What tuner are you using ? I have used http://www.vbox.to/vbox/VBSignalMeter.exe with my ATSC tuner.

I have a Fusion card and on the bottom of the screen they show the signal strenght and that is how I tuned in my antenna.
