hi - hoping you can help. I had to build my computer back up from scratch and I can't quite get my gbpvr working. I have Hauppauge's WinTV PVR2 installed, and the latest GBPVR executable. I have confirmed that both my Hauppauge services are disabled and the GBPVR recording service is enabled. I have set up the config to be 'internal tuner (antenna)' and I use Zap2it and comskip. I believe i have the flag 'use short skip instead of ff/rwd' disabled. I will try to send the log file when i get home, but it doesn't seem to give much info.

Basically when i try to record a show, it always stops halfway through. so it'll tape for 5 minutes or 10 minutes and then just stop. The recording service says that it's still recording fine, but the recording itself is just cut short. If i play the clip, the clip seems to play fine - but it's just cut short.

I'll include the log file this evening, but are there any suggestions on what i might try? increase a buffer size somewhere? reinstall an older version of gbpvr? ideas?

I've used gbpvr in the past and I love it - so I'd love to get this working again.

one correction - it's using internal tuner (cable) not antenna.

Can you do long recordings with any other software? I'm guessing not. Try it and see.
