New user, windowed viewing when maximized?

When I maximize GBPVR it still stays windowed(with taskbar showing), is there a setting that I am missing?

if you want to make it "fullscreen", you need to hit Alt-Enter.

Also you could check to se that the windowed box is unticked in config programme
