Weather plugin error

I got the following errors with weather plugin. URL used works fine when pasted into Firefox.

Nom du paramètre : startIndex

at GBPVR.Plugins.WeatherPlugin.WeatherInformation.ParseWeatherForecast()

Translation: Startindex cannot be less than zero.
Parameter name: startindex
