Watching program while recording

Hello, I have a Plextor PX-TV402U. The watching of live TV and recordings are doing fine, except I can't watch the program I am currently recording (the olympics) When i select watch Live TV and select Watch (currently recording program) nothing happens. I remember seeing on the wiki GB-PVR website manual that u can watch the currently recording show. Any ideas?

Its not possible to watch an AVI file while it is recording. You're probably recording a .avi file with your Plextor device.
