Is anyone else having trouble with Zap2it?

I haven't been able to access anything since Sunday night. I can't even pull up their web page, it just times out.

I ran out of program data yesterday afternoon, luckly my shows still recorded.

None down south my way either. Yesterday, the page seemed to load slowly but it could have been my system. It's fast as ever now.

Well, crud... I wonder if my IP has been blocked for some reason?

I've checked my computer, router and reset everything... I can get everywhere else on the web... weird. I even tried the kids machine, it just times out.

Would someone please post a support email address for Zap2it?

Thanks

labs@zap2it.com

I suspect they aren't blocking your IP, unless you've been some super-abuser of their services.

I sent them an email anyway, who knows.

I changed my IP, by plugging the cable modem directly into my computer and still couldn't connect. When I plugged the modem back into the router it gave me another IP, still cant connect. So 3 different IP's and no change. Arrg... what a pain in the arse.

Perplexing, I can connect everywhere else... I guess I'll just have to wait and see if it clears up, it's been 3days already though

If I couldn't get NBC on my tv (and everyone else could), I probably wouldn't call NBC, or channel 4, but my cable company.

You may want to call your ISP/provider instead.

I called my brother to see if he could access their site and he couldn't either, so I called Comcast... after 30mins on the phone it was escalated... 3 hours after that I can get my listings... Yaaaaay Smile

Thanks for the help guys,
