New Version of the TwinHan BDA Driver - but again a different Drivername

Hi Sub,

will it be possible that u recognize the new Drivername for the TwinHan BDA
Drivers in the next Version ? I really dont know why they always change them ...

The new names are :

DVB-TV 878 Digital Capture Driver
DVB-TV 878 Digital Tuner Driver

instead of :

TwinHan PCI BDA Capture Driver
TwinHan PCI BDA Tuner Driver

The newest WHQL Version is V1.2.3.0 and the latest is the V1.2.3.4

Yeah, I'm aware of this. They are a pain in the arse. In they next release you'll see a few additional Twinhan options listed in the card setup page to account for these different names.

the newest drivers V1.2.3.4 are not working, live tv always crasching when entering it.
i selected the correct one in the config app ... the V1.2.3.0 did it ...

I'm using 1.2.3.3 which works fine. I can be arsed testing all their different versions of drivers.

it seems that there are hundreds of coders working on this driver and everyone
has its favorite driver name ...

whats really interesting ... when installing the twinhan dtv software u got a driver version 1.4.x.x

Thats the name of their proprietary drivers, not their BDA drivers. Are you sure you've got the right ones installed?

Strangely looking in the .inf file in that link you provided, they still seem to be called 'DTV-DVBT 878 Digital Tuner Filter' etc.

I'm pretty sure you're not using the driver you think you are.
