No sound with recording from second 150.

Hi All,

I know people have mutiple cards installed. I have 2 pvr-150's installed on my XP machine. When I record two shows at the same time the second one does not have any sound, just video. I have analog cable connected to both. I will assume the problem is with the second card, since I have never had a problem before.

I am able to get sound from both cards with live TV. I tried one with GBPVR and one with WINTV2000.

I deleted both capture sources and then added them back in.
Now things seem to work OK..

I had a similar problem.

How did you add back the two capture devices?

Did you remove one card, add one capture device in the Config, then shutdown and install the second card, then add the second capture device in the Config?

Also, approximately when did you buy the two PVR150 cards? My first one was from early 2005 and the second one I got maybe October of 2005 and noticed different labels on the RF box on the PCI card.

My sound on the second card went weird about two months afterwards. Some shows would have audio, some would be all silent.
