Tuner issues with my PVR500

SUB: Any suggestions?

I have been working on making my PVR500 play nice with GBPVR and I have run into a bit of a strange problem. My system is running Windows XP 64 with the current GBPVR release. The drivers for my PVR500 are the 2.0.35.23348 (December 12, 2005) release. When I run "DeviceTypeCheck.exe" it says: "device #1 is PVR500 with FM" & "device #2 is PVR500 with FM". The contents of the file "DeviceTypeCheck.exe-native.log" are as follows:

I have tried setting one, or the other, devices as PVR500 with or without FM. Capture device #1 works just fine, but capture device #2 has audio problems. The video is fine, but I can barely hear the TV audio over the static. I am pretty sure that the FM radio (tuned to nothing in particular) audio is turned on with the TV audio.

Any suggestions would be most helpful!!

Its sounds like problems with the 64bit drivers to me.

You may have a bad card. I just returned one with the same problem, waiting for the replacement to know for sure. There are quite a few posts over at shspvr.com mentioning this same problem.

LOL! If only they could get someone to come up with a solution for the failing remote issue for the USB2...

It was indeed a bad card, the replacement works perfectly.
