GB-PVR wont go to right monitor

Ok here is one of my unique weird and unusual problems. I am a chemical engineer at uconn with a PVR machine that doubles as a workhorse for my studies so I rigged it up 3 monitors(specs below) and GB-PVR will only go to the ATI monitor screen when I check appear on second monitor and on the lcd monitor when I uncheck that and I just want it to go to the third lcd TV. On the display properties in windows the TV is the number 1 display and the radeon CRT and the lcd monitor are the 2nd and 3rd. I know this is a weird question I don't even have graphics cards from the same manufacturer on is a pci card and the other is a pci express.

oh and the ATI monitor GB-PVR wont work but I think that is because microsoft in general prolly never anticipated such a driver switch. DirectX usually crashes unless I disable the ATI monitor for playing games. I don't really care too much if I get this monitor to work for it but I was thinking this might be related somehow.
