I wish there was a configurable noise made when I click on things. Sometimes I don't know if the computer registers my input from my ir remote. It would be easy to tell if the input was received if there was a sound made. If that is easy enough, why not make different sounds for different events. Like foward and rewind could have one noise, and selecting an item could have a different noise. Also moving the cursor could have its own noise.

Yea sound. That would be cool.
Thats my wish,
Matt

PS - Great Program. I love it. [Image: cool.gif]

I was just about to start a topic like this when I saw it was here already =) Count my vote in :-) Another approach would be to have the menu item highlighted or "depressed" or whatever would be most appropriate, whenever the event is registered.
I'm not always right

edit irremote.ini to hold this statement:
Beep = 1
in the [Remote] section

Me too.

I don't think the beep=1 idea will work with all installation
configurations of GBPVR (esp mine since I am using an MPV)

A generic solution would be better.

Unfortunately it would take well over a second for the beep to be heard on the MVP, so is probably not really practical.

Thanks for looking sub. But, if you did find a viable solution in the future, it could make a nice addition.
