Need help getting Hauppauge remote to work please

I have the Hauppauge PVR150 retail. I finally got the Ir blaster set to correctly change the channels on the Samsung box. Now I cannot get the remote working, I have changed batteries and all that with nbo help.
Can someone please help me get this working?

When you setup the ir blaster in your capture source, set it to use the '.exe channel changer' and point it at HaupBlast.exe in the GB-PVR directory.
