FlyTV Prime

Hi,

Before I splurge on a Hauppauge DVB card, I am trying to get my FlyTV Prime card to work. It's a software card and I've managed to get it to work as far as live TV. However, it will not record or timeshift. I guess this is because I'm missing a codec.

I've downloaded pretty much every codec, codec pack, mux, demux, cyberlink vcr, etc stuff and no dice.
I have lots of log files I'll zip and attach if you want all of them.

If anyone has any suggestions that'd be great!

Sorry, but I dont provide support for this type of card.

I assume you're using the software encoder plugin from http://forums.nextpvr.com/showthread.php?t=2753 ?

Yes I'm using that plugin, I've skimmed as much of the thread as I can, but I can't read every post - it's too long! Tricky though.

Oh well, I'll just have to wait for the DVB card...
