MyVideos - cPVSA problem creating mpa file

I am trying to burn my recordings to DVD. I am using MyVideos and do the 'Burn' and then 'Demux and Burn' The first part of the convert.bat (cPVSA) runs but instead of creating a 'temp.mpa' file creates a 'temp - DELAY 0ms.mpa'. When DVDAuthor then tries to do its bit it errors and says that it can't find 'temp.mpa'.:mad:

Can somebody explain what I am doing wrong? :confused:

Now sorted cPVAS. I had downloaded the latest version of PVAStrumento (V2.1.0.15) which adds the time delay into the name of the mpa file. I downloaded a previous version that worked fine (http://www.offeryn.de/download/pvas2030.zip).

I now have a problem with the Nero DVDBurn.bat file. When it runs it says incorrect parameter.:confused:

the bat file reads like this
del "C:\MyVideos\DemuxTemp\temp*.*.mpg"
"C:\Program Files\Ahead\Nero\nerocmd.exe" --write --real --iso %2 --no_user_interaction --drivename G --underrun_prot --create_iso_fs --create_udf_fs --iso-no-joliet --dvdvideo_realloc --dvdvideo_cmpt --dvd --dvd_high_compatibility --recursive %1\* --detect_non_empty_cdrw --force_erase_cdrw

I removed the quotes around the %2 as this was showing as ""Title"" when it ran. This did not make any difference.

Has anybody any ideas? I am using Nero 6 Ultra Edition.

try updating nero, nero 6.0.0.0 doesnt work, but nero 6.6.0.0 (or around there) does. im not exactly sure which version of nero fixes the incorrect parameter error.

Had a quick look and just needed to take out the following parameters

--no_user_interaction
--dvdvideo_cmpt

It then works with Nero 6.0.0.0. Do you have any idea of what the parameter --dvdvideo_cmpt actually does? and if I am going to be missing anything from the DVDs?

nah no idea, i just pretty much copied that prompt from a forum post i found. you should really upgrade so you can use --no_user_interaction thou.

Even without it you do not have to do anything. It still runs completely without any intervention. I will try and look into it a bit further (or as you suggest upgrade and not worry about it).

i think if there is a cdrw in the drive that isnt blank it will require you to say "yes overwrite", whereas it would just overwrite it by default with -no_userinteraction.

Just a couple of more questions

On the menu I have a 'playlist' item appear that is not on the configuration list of menu items. Is it possible to get rid of this?

I want to burn multiple recordings to 1 dvd. I add them to disc but then do not know how to burn it. When I have added all of the programs to the disc and then viewed MyDVD, to see how much space I have, how do I burn the dvd. If I click on a program and then burn to disc it only burns the one program that I have clicked on.

I don't get a list of recordings that I have added to the disc. I just get the bar with how much, as a percentage, has been added. I presume it is here that I should click one of the programs and then press burn from a pop-up menu.

yeah you should. just push the "record" button to add a video to "My DVD", its quicker.

i just tried it, using "Add To Disc" and i was able to add a couple of seperate video files to "My dVD" without any problems. and then was able to bring up the popup menu to see the "Burn" option (didnt actually burn them, havent got the time now).
