No Display on TV

I have a dell dimension 2350, p4 2.40 ghz, and am trying to get my TV working in GB-PVR. I am using zap2it, and am receiving all the EPG updates etc. My tv tuner card is a hauppauge 150 MCE. When I go into the program and open the TV, no picture is displayed, but I can hear the audio. Please any help appreciated =D. tell me if im missing any vital specifications you need.

Maybe you dont have an MPEG2 decoder installed?

Looks as though i have spoken too soon!...I restarted my computer and guess what, no picture and only audio just as before. Please note that I have used this with other software and the card/tv works fine. I must have configured my software wrong somewhere. But what could I have configured wrong that would suddenly just stop working after restart?
