Channel Logos - UK Freeview

Sorry Paul, I don't have the teachers channel (or freeview) I'm struggling with the EPG at the moment and browsing all threads for info - just popped the comment in as I'd just noticed my logos had gone missing with the new install.

After the UK Channels "itv1-4" updated their logos recently, I decided to review and check my media channel logos for any more recent versions. In the end, I fetched nearly every one again from the main UK Freeview web page, as well as trimmed/cropped/resized/tweaked each until it looked good.

Here they are for anyone to use:
- media.zip
To install, unpack the Zip archive under "C:\program files\devnz\gbpvr\".

Is the zip corrupt as cant seem to extract the logos?

Seems to be an archive within this archive? Had to rename extracted file to a .zip and then extract from that!

Extracts fine for me under the proper folder structure. Going to give them ago this evening (only just started using GB-PVR last night, but this caught my interest).

Is anyone else having difficulty downloading these icons? I'm getting a file size of 554Kb for the last media.zip listed in the thread (instead of 373.7) and WinZip says its not a valid archive!

You have to make sure to extract in the correct folder otherwise it will not be able to extract correctly as the folder won't exist! Sorry if that doesn't make much sense! You might also have to create a folder called channellogos under the media folder.

Incidentally, here are the new (yet again) ITV logos, you may need to rename them to match your channel names.

I have just re-compressed (and tested it by unzipping) these files again (from my ?:\Program Files\devnz\gbpvr\media folder). WinZip 10. seems to think the archives test fine, so I have no idea why people are struggling to open them.

I will re-post the "media.zip" (204.3KB), and this time I have tried to ensure it contains the ...\media\... files only.

Hope you all have better luck in future. These logos are currently working fine for my on GBPVR95.16. They also include the new ITV logos (re-designed around the ITV4 logo).

I had to open this archive with PicoZip, extract the contents ("media" (w/o an extension)), rename it to "media.zip" and then it would extract fine using built in winxp extraction.
