Restart Recording Service Plugin

Is there a plugin that can restart the GBPVR recording service when using the MVP?

I added a custom task on the plugin tab of the config application pointing to restart.bat. I have 2 MVP's upstairs adn the server in the basement. This way when one of the MVP's loses it's connection, no need to run downstairs, just restart the recording service from the other MVP and all is well. Beware that recordings in progress will be overwritten when the recording service is started.
