I disagree. Other media players including DivX player, PowerDVD, Windows Media Player, BSplayer allow you to full screen (alt-enter) the application in whatever display you drag the window to. This is a programmable feature - one that has not been implemented.
The only option that currently exists in GBPVR is the option to full screen the application to your PRIMARY display.
I've just setup a dual display in my living room, with the monitor as the default display and the TV as the secondary.
Windows implementation of Dual Display seems to be a bit hit and miss - sometime It'll remember in which screen you last had a window opened, but most of the time it forgets.
At the moment if you launch GB-PVR at startup it will open in the Primary display (the top left point at 0,0).
Perhaps Sub could experiment with allowing the user to specify at which co-ordinate to open the fullscreen display. In my case I'd want the top left to be positioned at 1025,0
For the time being I have found a solution which is a bit more straightforward than the "opening in windowed mode" method. If you add a second shortcut to the secondary display desktop and double-click it Windows will start GB-PVR in fullscreen in the secondary display.
One thing that I found is that GB-PVR refuses to go to fullscreen with alt-enter if you are currently watching a video stream. If you're in the GUI it works fine.

Have you installed the latest version? Sub mentioned fixing this.
