Can Hauppauge remote control TV volume?

Hello Guru's.

I know that (and have done) the remote can control Windows Volume Control, but can it be made to control/learn the TV volume itself?

Sorry if this is a dumb question. I searched for the answer to no avail.

I don't have PC speakers attached to my TV, nor do I wish to.

PVR 350 w/45 button remote.

Its not a learning remote, so no, the Hauppauge remote will not be able to reproduce your TV's volume control IR signals.
