Sub,
I dunno why but whenever I watch TV (either live or time-shifted), after what seems to be a random amount of time, the program freezes and I have to kill it using Task Manager. If I'm in time-shift mode, the sound will keep playing but not the video. I'll link some logs (since they're apparently too big to attach, here); let me know if you require anything else. I can't imagine what's causing this but it's been like this for several releases, now.

I much appreciate your help.

If you disable direct access to the Hauppauge remote, does it help?

Ummm, I defrag all the time...that's not going to cause the problem I'm having.

Yeah, umm, sub, any more ideas? As far as I can tell, all my scheduled recordings occur just fine...it's just live TV that has the problem. It's entirely possible it's not GB-PVR's fault and it's something else in the system but I was wondering if you could point me to what. Lemme know if you need anything else to help.

I reboot my machine all the time and I don't have an MVP. Though, I'm having difficulty understanding your posts, Tipstir.

It might be worth disabling ffdshow to see if it makes any difference.
