Garbage at the side of the screen

I have a PVR250 and when I record to medium quality PAL , I get a small zone of horizontal garbage on my recording on the very bottom and a small zone of vertical garbage on the right side of the screen.

It seems that the recording records beyond the normal size of the TV resolution.

Is there a way to reduce resolution and remove this garbage on the recording so records look clear when watching them?

Here is an exemple of my garbage.

It'll always record this. The overscan on your TV normally hides it, so the trick is to try to hide it in GB-PVR aswell. I cant remember the exact setting names, but look at the horizontal and vertical zoom settings in config.xml
