I'm having troubles adding a Fusion 5 Lite card. I followed the directionson

http://gbpvr.com/pmwiki/pmwiki.php/Confi...HDTVSource

Everything works within DVICO SW and I have all the proper channel information populating, but I cant get the system to play. I've downloaded GraphEdit and the BDA drivers seem to be loaded properly.

PC specs:
2.6 MHZ P4 with 512 GB RAM, 1 160 GB IDE, 2 320 SATA, Win XP (updated with all SPs), 1 PVR 250, 1 PVR 500CE, 1 Fushion Lite, 6600 NVidia, 50in Panny Plasma.

I'm on the latest release of GB-PVR with everything working like a charm. I've included my logs and some screenshots that I hope will help.

By the way Sub, great app!

Thanks in advance.[ATTACHMENT NOT FOUND]

You logs dont actually contain an attempt to use the fusion device. Remember, the logs are over written each time you start GB-PVR. Try producing them again if you like, and I'll take another look.

One initial comment though, the fusion should be set up as device #1. You may have already done this correctly, but I thought I'd mention it since this confuses a few people if they have other capture devices.

Hello Zeus and Sub,

I have the same problem as Zeus. GBPVR is giving me the same error message when I tried to view fusion's channels. So I removed all the capture sources and reinstalled fusion (device #1) and it worked. However, when I reinstalled the PVR150 (device #2) together with fusion (device #1) the PVR150 doesn't work and the system gave me the same error message. I have attached all the logs cause I don't know which one to send.

Thanks!

Setting the device to 1 resolved the issue. I was using 4 thinking that it had to be in sequence with the capture cards I already have set. Now all is working well.

Thanks.

jtl32199,

The device value "1" and the capture card values seem to be seperate. Try setting your PVR to #1 capture card and see if that helps.

Both your fusion device and the PVR150 should be device #1. You only end up increasing this value if you have multiple devices of the same type in the one machine.

LOL!

Looks like I showed up to the party too late. Smile I had the exact same problem back when I was testing the F5L for GBPVR. Glad to see you guys got it ironed out.

Thanks guys, that worked! I don't receive the error message anymore. However, when I try to record HD shows with Fusion channels, GBPVR will use PVR150 channels to record the shows. I notice that both the pvr150 channels and the Fusion channels have the same channel numbers. Is this what's causing the problem? Is so, how can I fix it?

Thanks again for the quick response!!

When you try to schedule a recording, it'll start at the top of the capture source and work its way down looking for an available one that has the requested channel. I guess you have the PVR150 listed before the fusion.

Where exactly is this value set? Just curious for future reference as I forsee running into this in the future.

Thank you Sub for making all of this possible.
