missing channels on my tv guide

When i get my tv guide up to record programs my bbc2 and channel more 4 is always missing, I have tried updating the epg but this makes no difference,:mad:

Are the channels missing from the guide completely, or do the channels just not have any program information in them?

Perhaps a mismatch between the name in GBPVR and your EPG; e.g. BBC2 vs BBC 2?

The other question is, how are you populating the EPG? XMLtv or electronic broadcast?

There are a number of threads with problems dealing with lack of information in the electronic broadcast method.
