Hi all,
I have a hauppage 150 PCI card in my p4 3GHz system. I went to record a 1 hour program using GBPVR. Settings at medium quality. My file size was 1.8GB. When viewed by GBPVR, it looked fine but using Windows media player gave me problems and the timecode showed only a 27min show. Editing programs such as MPEG-VCR also showed a 27 min timecode and editing gave weird results.

Anyone know what's going on.

Thanks in advance for your help.

1.8 GB is standard for 1 hr MPG file at medium quality (3500-4000 Mbps).

What driver are you using for the PVR150? You probably need to update your driver to the latest 2.0.35.23301 from Hauppage site.

File size seems fine (normal). However, some versions of the driver for the 150 generates broken time stamps sometimes. Try other drivers and see if that corrects it.
I'm not always right
