Rogers Digital Cable channels

In the past I have used TV tuner cards to record analog stations on Rogers cable in Toronto. I subscribe for digital stations and would ideally like to record those stations using a TV tuner card.

Is there a card out there that will record Rogers digital channels? If so what is the best PCI card? What is the best USB device?

No way of receiving the digital channels directly through a tuner, you would need to hook a set top box to your tuner to record the digital channels.
You will need a way of getting the computer to control the set top box as well. If you have a PVR150, you can use the included IR blaster. You could also pick up a seperate blaster like the USB-UIRT. If you have a DCT2000 or DCT2500 box, you can control the box using a serial cable and Girder. I know some providers disable the serial ports on their boxes - I'm with Cogeco and am able to use the serial tuning method, but your mileage might vary.
As far as a tuner goes, any of the supported tuners will do, like I said before the PVR150 might be a good option as it includes a blaster (careful. 150MCE dies not include the blaster!). Hook up the video out from the set top box to the video in on the tuner and you're set.
