Skip Audio Problems

I've searched the forums and not sure what the answer is. This just started. When I skip ahead (or even back), my audio goes out. If I press it again, then it comes back (after a 1 sec. delay).

The mpg file works fine under windows media player--i can go forward and backward no problem

I changed audio codecs and it works. For some reason the system default (which i assume was a generic mpeg audio decoder was not working properly within gbpvr with the skip functions, but it worked fine in WM10)
