I used the WinTV PVR USB2 to record some movies. Some of them were scheduled to be 2.5 hours or 3 hours, etc.

After they were done recording, I went through all of them, and they all showed that the time recorded was 2:22:37 or 2:22:35 (approximately).

What could be causing this? Everything else I record works great.

Any thoughts would be appreciated!

If you're using FAT32 as you're file system, you maybe it the 4GB file limit? If so, convert your partition to NTFS to solve the problem.

You're absolutely right. My external hard drive was FAT32 and not NTFS.

I found this website http://blogs.msdn.com/kaevans/archive/20...10569.aspx

This explained how to convert. My recordings remained entact.

Thanks!
