High RAM usage?

I was looking at my taskmanager and noticed that the GBPVR recording service uses about 55,000 K of ram and the GBPVR tray uses about 15,000 K. Is that the norm? I don't have any shows scheduled for recording or anything. :confused:

Yes, this is normal.

If you compile a .net program that does absolutely nothing other than creating a window, it will use nearly this 15MB. Most of it is shared .net libraries.

Something you may be interested to see - start GB-PVR in window mode, then bring up the task manage process list, GBPVR.exe will be listed as using 55MB or something similar, now click the minimize button. You'll see the memory usage now listed as about 5MB.
