Hi I am running GB-PVR on Windows XP MCE, PV-150 tuner card. Having trouble getting set up to go. I have my card set up, with the EPG (using Zap2it) full and channels enabled. I am able to start recordings but they don't generate anything, I just end up with a bunch of empty (0 byte) .mpg files? I have been able to succesfully record through MCE in the past and have turned off the MCE services before trying to record with GB-PVR. A quick scan of the logs suggests that GB-PVR thinks that it is recording (start and stop messages appear at the appropriate times) and the System Tray icon does show that it is recording all the way through the show.

Help?!?

So what did you change today?

Your logs look fine. Does a file get directory and file get created? Do you end up with a zero byte file?

I had this happen once on the prior version a couple of weeks ago. Only way I was able to solve it was to clear out the driver for my 150 card and reinstall. I made no change in gbpvr. Love 96.8 sub, only glitch so far is channel change in live tv, but that has been mentioned.

Edit:
Channel change works well on the PC, Channel change on MVP however causes looping audio/video.

OK: so I tried restarting windows and re-installing the drivers for my card as recommended above. Still experience the 0 byte recordings. Here are my zipped logs:

Thanks in advance for your assistance

In your logs it looks like you've got a PVR250 configured as a PVR150 or something similar.

Are you positive you've got a PVR150?
