The skin comes with the SharperEdge Theme, but it is also compatible with new version of Advisor ThemePacks. So there will be around 10-15 different graphical layouts avaliable.

The BaseSkin with this "Theme Design" is kind of "emulating" the MediaPortal Blue skin.
The skin is based on images for the graphical design instead of XML commands.
Therefor the skin is very flexible from a design point of view..
You will be surpriced what I'm able to do with the BaseSkin.

Who will be the first to make a graphical design based on BaseSkin ?

It was a clever usage if transparency in the Blue AM skin.
Very Good work

This "Blue design" has been in the Advisor Tutorial skins for some time.
But it can be improved, so come with feedback.

Hi mixman, know the idea is to start with this as a base and make your own but just to let you know a problem is the recordings list is that they're alll the same colour ie no highlight colour when browse through recordings! Hope I made sense!

I'll fix and update....but my line is so slow and I get timeouts all the time.
Besides that what do you thing about the element layout.

By the way....saw that you have MCE2005. Do you use GBPVR more than MCE?

yes of course GBPVR is No.1 for me. MCE is too restrictive, in fact only time I use it is for dvb radio (Another hint for sub ) Oh yes and I really like whats going on with the skin scene at the moment with GBPVR, one day when have the time will have a go at making one myself!

Yes, why not a "DVB Radio" plugin, like the FM radio.
GBPVR gets all the PIDs, so the basic stuff is in there.

I have around 10 skin pack, for the BaseSkin almost ready.
But there is some "touching up" to do, here and there.
I'm also working on skins for some plugins.
So there are updates to expect.

Looking forward to the updates Yes sub says dvb radio not officially supported but would be good if someone could create a plugin for dvb radio.
