Live TV / Timeshift Lockup or long pause

With 0.96.8, using Sapphire ATI Theater 550 Pro, hitting PLAY on my MCE remote sometimes causes lockup with full Black screen saying TIMESHIFT MODE starting, please wait... It will stay like this forever and neither a keypress or CTRL ALT DEL seems to get me out. I must reset the computer. GBPRV is the only program this happens on. Seems to be only when entering Live TV from TV Guide or directly with PLAY button. It doesn't happen all the time, sometimes works properly. Live Preview is Unchecked in Config.
