Sub, Forgive me is this has been answered before, but I have read and read and searched and have not been able to find it.
I have One Nic on my computer but also have a VPN that creates a second "Virtual Interface", so I have 2 subnets on my GBPVR server.
I understand the Hauppauge MVP original software will only listen on one interface while GBPVR's will listen on both.
Since I do not have the Hauppauge software even installed (I tried installing it once and it could not even pass the "Contacting Servers" part), I would like GBPVR to ONLY listen on my real NIC Ip and not on the VPN.
What seems to be happening is that if for some reason if my VPN goes down, then the MVP goes down as well sometime after.
Right now, what I am doing is disabling the VPN, manually restart the MVP service from GPBVR menu and reenabling the VPN.
Is there any config directive on the config.xml to tell GBPVR to listen only on one interface ?
