I was going to watch, when I saw this recording file MVP000DFE003627.mpg (374 kb) in recording folder. As you can see it's indicating a recording using my MVP and it's MAC address for it's filename. Anybody encountered this, I have no idea where it got this, as obviously it's not part of my tv guide. Btw, the file is a broken file, I tried executing and would not load in WMP.

ASUS P5k-PRO Dual Core 3.0 GHZ with 4GB RAM
1 Seagate 150 GB SATA HD
1 Seagate 1TB SATA HD
1 Seagate 750 GB SATA HD
1 Hauppauge PVR500MCE
2 MVP (2 Wired / 1 Wireless via 2 Linksys WRT54G routers)
1 dead MVP (searching for replacement)

it'd probably be the timeshift file for when you're watching liveTV on an MVP

Probably, but shouldn't that go to my TV buffer folder, and removed after the live tv. In any case, thanks. Btw, here is a screen capture

It was most likely the temporary MPEG-2 file when you watched an AVI file.
