I have been using wake.cmd to restart the driver for my Xcard. Recently I removed my pvr-150 and replaced it with a pvr-500. After the upgrade, my network connection was terrible after the computer came back from stand-by (S3). Everything stuttered when Itried to play back videos from a network drive. If I rebooted the computer, the video playback worked fine.
Now I use wake.cmd to restart my network adapter and videos on the network drive play without stuttering.
I do have one question. How do I prevent wake.cmd from displaying on the screen when the computer wakes from stand-by?
