comclean errors

I have setup comskip and comclean in postprocessing.bat. After comskip runs, I end up with the original *.mpg recording, a *.log, and a *.txt. After comclean4.bat runs, I get nothing. In the *.err file it says it can not find the following:

The system cannot find the path specified.
Could Not Find c:\Recordings\Insider Training\Insider Training_20060309_21002200*.idd
Could Not Find c:\Recordings\Insider Training\Insider Training_20060309_21002200_clean.m2v
Could Not Find c:\Recordings\Insider Training\Insider Training_20060309_21002200_clean.mp2.

I am confused. I thought comclean would generate the _clean.mp2 version of the file but it is not. And what is the *.idd and what generates it?

Could you run in in a cmd window and look at the log it generates?
Do you see mpeg2schnitt start and do its job?
Did you adapt the path to mpeg2schnit to where it can be found on your system?
