Green flashing bar at bottom

Ok. I just hooked up my Hauppauge PVR-150 card and attempted to use GB-PVR. One problem. Whenever I try to watch TV, there is a big green bar that flashes at the bottom. This also cuts off about the bottom 1/3 of the viewing area. The show isn't really "cut", just pushed to the top of the screen. But, if I record, the green bar isn't there although the program is still pushed to the top of the screen with the bottom 1/3 blank. Any ideas? Oh, I am using a satellite feed via coax. Thanks.
