Hibernation

I have my new GBPVR up and running with everything working but I am getting an error when it comes out of hibernation of a failure to start IR device. Everything else comes up fine but no remote control which fails the WAF. Can someone help my eyes are getting sore from reading all I can find but nothing works yet.

It might help if you told us what card you have, or ir device. But you could use devcon to re-start it when recovering from hibernating, it's probably a driver issue from the manufacturer.

I have a Hauppauge PVR150 with the IR from Hauppauge.

bad luck - I wasn't aware that users of the 150 also had problems with resume from hibernate/standby.

search for gbpvrwake.exe for info on how other users have dealt with problems such as this, although this is normally a problem for users of the pvr-350 card.

Maybe a different version of driver might help visit http://www.shspvr.com

I also had proglems with the pvr-150 remote when resuming from hibernation. Use either GBPVRWake or the latest remote software to fix it.
