Hi all - really hoping someone can shed some light here. I've done a quick search and founds similar posts, but nothing to help with my _specific_ error..

Whenever an EPG update is performed, either manually or scheduled, I get the following error:

Failure in ChannelFactory::storeChannels(): The changes you requested to the table were not successful because they would create duplicate values in the index, primary key, or relationship.  Change the data in the field or fields that contain duplicate data, remove the index, or redefine the index to permit duplicate entries and try again.

The EPG is not updating.. Sad

how big is your GBPVR.MDB? If its large, try clickin the OK button in the config app.

My MDB file is 90.7MB - I'm guessing this is small? I tried entering the config utility and exiting gracefully with 'OK' anyway, and still the same error.
Twice, in fact, presumably because it tries to update the EPG for both tuner cards?

Confused.. Smile

Can you zip and attach a complete set of logs?

When you say _complete_, what log files do you want? I'll get them posted right away..

All the .log files. I dont know how you are updating the EPG, so the info I'm after could be in one of several possible logs (config.exe.log or GBPVR.exe.log or GBPVRRecordingService.exe.log).

I cant actually see an attempt to update the EPG. The log had probably been over written.

Click the 'Update EPG' button in config app, then post your config.exe.log and I'll take a look.

As requested, clicked 'Update EPG', produced errors to refresh logs.

I have attached the file you asked for, but the only logs files that were modified by the system after the Update request were 'gbpvr.exe.log' and 'gbpvr.exe-1.log' - I include those as well.

Apologies - this time I clicked Update in the config utility, rather than on the tray icon menu. Here is an updated config.exe.log.
