Hi,

I'm using GBPVR since 4 Weeks and everything ist fine, except one problem:

When I'm recording or in time-shift mode, I can't run any program which produces a high Cpu load for a long time. (For exampe I can start Firefox, but if I'm converting a DVD the recording stops).
The tray icon still shows recording, but it stops writing to hard disk.
The problem doesn't exist with the WinTV software, so it's not a driver issue.
I also found a workaround: When the process priority of the other program is lower (it was normal) then everything works fine ( I tried this out in nandub). But this isn't possible with all my programms, they sometimes just crash, when I change the priority with the task manager.

Is there a way for increasing the priority of GBPVR automaticly or another solution?

thanks

You could try changing the line in config.xml to force a high priority recording service.

<ForceHighPriorityRecordingService>false</ForceHighPriorityRecordingService>

Set it to true.
