Doesn't appear to work with Remote Wonder Plus, but thanks.

Yes, I followed the directions in the readme. It does not work with my remote control. Works fine if I run atimmc.exe directly.

your ATI.CFG file (and atimmc.exe) should exist in the "C:\Program Files\ATI Multimedia\Main" directory and should contain the following text "C:\Program Files\devnz\gbpvr\gbpvr.exe" without the quotes. I assure you this works with my remote wonder plus. i am assuming you have the correct text in your ATI.CFG file for it to launch gbpvr using the atimmc.exe file. however, i am guessing you do not have the files in the proper directory. if you do, then i am sorry, there is nothing else to try with this, however perhaps there is another solution for you.

Like I said, I followed the directions. The files are in the correct place and contain the correct text.

is there anyway to program this to have the DVD button actually launch the DVD Player, instead of the Video Library?

Also, is there anyway to configure this to allow DVD chapter skipping, i.e. left and right on the arrow keys will jump chapters.

Otherwise this plugin works great, thanks!

As far as I know there aren't any keyboard shortcuts or window messages that can be sent to launch the DVD player in a way that it will work for everyone.

I don't know if GBPVR supports DVD chapter skipping but even if it does the plugin doesn't know the state of GBPVR at any moment and so it doesn't support context sensitive commands. As a result the left and right arrows are needed for general navigation.

daveid, do you also have mmc installed? I've always wondered if there was a conflict.

Basketcase, how did you get the DVD button to launch the video library? From what I understand, it launches the default DVD app in windows - which I don't know how to set.

I'm using the RW2 so it's not X10 compliant whereas the RW1 and RW+ are X10 compliant.

no i don't have mmc installed, as i have the theatre pro 550 and it doesn't work with mmc (that and when i had a 9800pro AIW, mmc gave such headaches i never wanted to use it after that experience)
for the record, using the plugin i posted the FM, TV & TV2 buttons all launch gbpvr.

[QUOTE]

I didn't do anything, it does that by default (atleast on my setup). I wish there was some way to change it to open the DVD player.
