Is it possible to set the volume for GB-PVR independent from the Windows volume level? So I can turn down my TV for a moment while still having sounds from other applications audible.

Did you try pressing the left/right arrow keys while watching video?

Well I use a remote. So I guess the mapping for the Remote Control Plus plugin doesn't do the same as the arrow keys for GP-PVR.

Assuming you have navigate up/down/left right in the menus with your remote, the left and right arrows should work while watching video.
