I get a slight drift in lipsync when watching either live or timeshift TV. It seems to slip slowly over maybe 15-20 mins until the audio is maybe 1 second behind (i think) the video. switching channels and back again (or ffwd for a second during timeshift) seems to bring the audio and video back in to sync, but then it starts to drift slowly out again. There's various audio and video codecs installed on my machine as well as a ffdshow option (which i normally have turned on) - but I'd prefer to know if anyone can identify the cause of the problem, and what to tweak, before I randomly start messing around with the settings. any ideas?
